Restaurant Managers

 

Our Junior class is in the third year of a four year program and run our restaurant. This year they learn from the previous two years to work as a team.

They will be the Sous Chefs, Front of the House Manager, line cooks etc. Please come and enjoy the food and service utilizing local and organic foods.

Our menus vary on what we are working on within the back of the house. Come see what the future Chefs are preparing.
